My name is Sam Fahringer and I am the owner and operator of Whitetail Property Services, providing handyman and small remodel services for homeowners throughout Central Pennsylvania.

My background combines hands-on carpentry and trade experience with a professional career in facilities and property management. Over the years, I’ve been responsible not just for completing repairs, but for understanding how homes and properties perform over time. That includes how systems age, where issues tend to develop, and what it takes to maintain and improve them in a way that holds up long term. That perspective shapes how I approach every job today.

The name Whitetail comes from my long-standing connection to the outdoors through hunting, fishing, and time spent in the field.
